Portsmouth Country Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Greenland, New Hampshire.
Opened for play in 1957, the course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
The course was designed to play similar to a Scottish-links course. The fairways are wide. Water hazards come into play on five holes. Most holes require a tee shot from out of a chute.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 7,050 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,166 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 539 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 16, a par-3 that plays to 167 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 4, a 516-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 5, a 175 yard par-3.

They should just make this a private club. $50 for nine holes should be illegal. Nice course in a nice setting, but that is just too expensive.
